Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality projects across our organisation. Reporting to the relevant Principal Consultant, you will oversee the planning, execution and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. This role also involves stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation and contributing to process improvements. You will support business development activities, maintain strong client or internal stakeholder relationships and ensure excellence in all project deliverables.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of small to mid‑sized projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Coordinate project planning activities including scoping, scheduling, resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues and implement timely mitigation actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients or internal stakeholders and manage communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare key project documents such as project plans, progress reports, budgets and closure reports.
  • Oversee quality assurance of deliverables, ensuring they meet organisational and client expectations.
  • Facilitate collaboration among project team members and provide guidance or mentorship to junior staff where required.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, or external partners as part of project delivery.
  • Support business development through proposal preparation, cost estimates and contributing to client relationship management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools and methodologies across the organisation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience managing projects in consulting, professional services, or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills, leadership capability and ability to work across diverse teams.
