Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Construction

Position Title: Project Manager / Project Engineer

Working Location: Central (HQ at Kaki Bukit)

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm, Sat: 9.00am – 1.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Transportation Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project lifecycles, ensuring completion within budget, time, and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and legislative requirements during project phases.
  • Plan projects comprehensively and drive them towards successful completion.
  • Uphold and enforce standards of safety, sustainability, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
  • Foster continuous improvement within project operations.
  • Effectively communicate and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Exhibit resourcefulness, excellent planning, and time management skills.
  • Handle multiple projects efficiently under pressure while maintaining a detail-oriented focus.
  • Support the performance and well-being of the project team.
  • Work across both on-site and office settings.

Qualifications
