Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead and manage assigned complex skid package projects to improve profitability and ensure timely completion.
  • Deputize to manage the project management team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship in the absence of project director
  • Develop and implement project management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects within the department.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Willingness to travel to different geographies for business needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing smaller teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Sound technical and commercial knowledge of mechanical packages
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Escalation management of team member’s projects with customers
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent if available
