Purpose of the Role

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s digital transformation initiatives. This position oversees end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, digital strategy, and technology execution. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including the Digital Project Team—on key digital platforms and applications that support organisational capability building, operational efficiency, and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Project Management
  • Lead, coordinate, and execute digital projects from planning to deployment, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital team on ongoing app/platform development, ensuring requirements are well-defined and progress is tracked effectively.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between business leads, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
2. Stakeholder & Team Enablement
  • Work with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
  • Support capability-building initiatives by coordinating learning sessions, masterclasses, and tech exposure workshops for management and digital teams.
  • Facilitate networking and partnership activities with external tech communities, institutions, and potential talent pools.
3. Systems & Solution Implementation
  • Oversee implementation, testing, and user adoption of key enterprise systems and digital tools.
  • Ensure proper system integration across different platforms and coordinate issue resolution with relevant technical teams.
  • Guide teams through user acceptance testing (UAT), onboarding, and training for new digital tools.
4. Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Support data collection, data cleaning, and reporting activities to ensure accurate information for decision-making.
  • Maintain dashboards, project trackers, and performance reports to monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Cybersecurity, Governance & Compliance
  • Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity standards, policies, and processes.
  • Participate in governance reviews to ensure digital processes comply with corporate frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
6. PMO & Operational Excellence
  • Uphold PMO governance standards by maintaining project documentation, risk logs, and reporting structures.
    Implement best practices across project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline workflows and improve digital readiness across teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Prior experience managing digital or IT-related projects preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to bridge technical concepts with business needs.
  • Organised, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
