Qualifications

• Has 1 year or less experience — fresh graduates are welcome.
• Shows strong drive, discipline, and a positive learning attitude.
• Is eager to grow within the fit-out and interior design industry.
• Communicates well and is proactive in problem-solving.
• Can handle challenges responsibly and professionally.
• Has an interest in site coordination and hands-on project execution.
• Class 3 licence will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities.
• Support site management — monitor progress and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
• Handle project documentation (work orders, delivery schedules, variation orders).
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and handovers.
• Help resolve site issues and ensure project timelines are met.
• Gain full exposure to the project cycle from pre-start to completion.
