Job description
1. Project Coordination
  • Participate in departmental projects, including outlet design and renovation works.
  • Coordinate site works and schedules with internal teams and external parties (e.g. contractors, vendors, mall management).
  • Source quotations and develop project timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Apply for necessary work permits from regulatory authorities such as shopping malls, SMRT or HDB.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues to avoid delays.
2. Design & Planning
  • Responsible for outlet layout planning using design tools like AutoCAD and 3D Max.
  • Provide space planning and visualization support for new or renovated outlets.
  • Assist with minor graphic design tasks, where necessary (e.g. posters, signages).
3. Facilities Maintenance Support
  • Provide prompt support and troubleshooting for outlet facilities issues.
  • Perform basic diagnostics before escalating to service providers.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors for repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
  • Ensure safety and risk factors are evaluated and mitigated at all outlets.
4. Administration & Documentation
  • Maintain updated records on maintenance works, costing summaries, service contracts, quotations, invoices, payment requisition form and handle other administrative paperwork.
  • Ensure timely renewal of relevant licenses (e.g. SFA, electrical, fire safety).
  • Handle routine maintenance activities including but not limited to Air-conditioning servicing, Fire extinguisher renewal, Pest control services and etc.
  • Prepare monthly reports and service updates.
5. Stakeholder Communication
  • Address outlet-related feedback and provide timely resolution in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with mall management and internal operations teams as required.
  • Support other facility-related and project initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in relevant filed.
  • Experience in Interior Design, renovation project and possess 3D Max and Auto Cad skills (Graphic) is a must for this position.
  • Resourceful, highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
  • A good team player with good inter-personal and communication skill.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility to address operational inquiries, including weekends and public holidays, when necessary.
  • Graduate with design proficiency are welcome to apply.
  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage.
