Job summary

A Singapore-based project management firm is seeking an experienced professional to assist in project coordination and documentation within interior renovations. Candidates should have a diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong project management skills and good communication abilities are essential. This position primarily supports project managers, ensuring that all documentation and site coordination is handled effectively.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assisting project manager/senior project manager in managing project assigned
  2. Managing and ensure project assigned progress within timeline and budget
  3. Preparation of Project Documentation (Project Schedule, weekly progress report, weekly meeting minutes, pre-con survey report, completion report, OMM and etc)
  4. Preparation of Documentation for site works (Application of PTW, Insurance and etc)
  5. Preparation of tender document when required
  6. Assist QS to call quote and conduct site survey with contractor/sub-vendor including reviewing contract before issuance of PO
  7. Perform site coordination, client coordination and conduct weekly meeting with sub-vendor, client and internal team
  8. Any works related to project progress and until project closure
Key Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or Construction-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in interior renovations.
  • Strong skills in project coordination, documentation, and site management.
  • Experience in PTW, insurance, contract review, and tender preparation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible with a "can-do" attitude.
