Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Ensure project execution complies with company quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Participate in project planning, monitor progress, and manage schedules.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors on all project aspects, providing both technical and non-technical solutions with proper documentation.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and reports.
• Supervise site teams (supervisors and foremen) to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Enforce Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices at all times.

Requirements

• Education level and relevant working experience will also be taken into consideration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess a positive work attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Possess BCSS certification or equivalent.
