Project Engineer, C3, Mobility Rail

Incumbent will play a vital role in designing, implementing, testing and commissioning system projects in Integrated Supervisory Control & System.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Responsible for project detail design, prototype, commissioning and testing completed systems
• Liaise with Customer and internal team members to ensure good co‑ordination, planning and meeting project schedule
• Coordinate and manage factory testing in both company premises and customer’s site
• Responsible for integration of both hardware & software work as well as implementation
• Carry out proper execution of the integration/engineering/maintenance work and QA technical checks throughout project execution
• Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation
• Implantation of PLC/SCADA project from concept to design and programming
• Interface with SCADA & PLC programming
• Meeting with clients, reports and documentation
• Capable of performing troubleshooting independently

Required Qualifications & Experience

• At least a Degree in Electrical/Electronic or related discipline
• With at least 3-5 years of experience in PLC/SCADA
• Familiar with Safety PLC programming
• Familiar with Siemens and Schneider PLCs
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, plans and drawings
• Able to work under pressure, multitask and coordinate tasks well
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and in teams

• The incumbent reports to Senior Manager, C3, Mobility Rail
