Duties

• Liaise with clients for the schedule and work method regarding maintenance activity
• Preparing Pre-Documents (Method Statement & Drawing) and post-report (Service report) for the maintenance jobs
• Coordinate with subcontractors for the maintenance jobs
• Manage and Control sub-contractors and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat; supervise ongoing site activities closely
