An engineering firm located in Singapore is seeking a Project Assistant to support the Project Manager in preparing cost reports and coordinating with various departments. Ideal candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Assist the Project Manager with cost and progress reports.
  • Supervise Document Controller to implement document control.
  • Liaise with Engineering and Procurement Departments.
  • Coordinate with Construction department leaders.
  • Prepare change proposals for the contract.
  • Assist PM with tender activities and vendor coordination.

  1. Assist the Project Manager with preparation of overall cost and progress reports and other matters related to schedules, cost and materials.
  2. Assists the Project Manager and supervise Document Controller to implement systematic document control and filing procedures.
  3. Liaise and coordinate with Engineering and Procurement Departments for preparation of monthly progress reports prior to Project Manager’s approval.
  4. Coordinate with the Construction department leaders on progress monitoring and recording.
  5. Prepare and record change proposals for the contract between Contractor and Client.
  6. Assist PM organize tender activities and coordinate in disciplines, vendors for tender preparations

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any discipline of Engineering
