Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise between the various disciplines and departments to ensure works are carried out efficiently
• Ensure that the project meets the required specifications and standards
• Study and understand project spec, scope of work and scope of supply
• Assist to ensure that resources arrived are in accordance to the orders and requests raised
• Ensure that the resource allocations for production and project team are on time to ensure construction works can proceed on time
• Monitor and ensure that budgets are updated
• Support all HSE and QA/QC efforts and ensure works are in compliance to such efforts
• Assist in the preparation of reports to update the management on overall outyard activities
• Attend Client & Production Meeting together with Project Managers
• Tracks potential variations for the Projects and to follow up with Commercial
• Monitor progress status of individual Disciplines
• Submits Project Execution Plans for Tender Submission

Job Requirements
