Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to manage site surveys and inspections. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in telecommunication and have at least 2 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities include liaising with contractors and authorities, technical proposal drafting, and site coordination. This role offers a 5.5-day work week in the Woodland area.

Responsibilities

• Attend site surveys, precon surveys, and inspection.
• Handle contractor assignments and site installations.
• Draft technical proposals and coordinate project activities.

Job description

Responsibilities :

• Attending sites survey, precon survey, site inspection and handover
• Handling Contractor, assigning sites to subcons
• Draft technical proposal
• Liaise with other authorities such as HDB, LTA, Building Owner for Private sites
• Material & equipment acquisition, project coordination, progress monitoring, site technical support and as-built preparation and submission.
• Site handover with Client
• Coordinate with subcon and customer for site installation work.
• Follow up with contractors and update the status to client and Project Manager
• Attending site meeting and survey with Building Owner.

Requirements :

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication or equivalent
• Preferred 2 years experience in telecommunication field
• Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels
• 5.5 days work week
