The Construction Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and liaising between contractors, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and review of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Address and rectify any non-conformance or quality issues in collaboration with the construction team.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and submit regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Document and manage project changes, ensuring proper approval and integration into project plans.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues.
  • Proficiency in CAD software is essential for preparing and reviewing technical drawings and designs.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least 3 Years of working experience in the related field
  • Possesses Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction/Structural or any equivalent
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
