Job summary

A leading plumbing and sanitation firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in managing project tasks from inception to completion. Responsibilities include checking designs, coordinating with the Project Manager, tracking progress, and attending meetings to document decisions and relevant information. Candidates should be proficient in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and must understand engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM modelling, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and perform basic calculations.
• Experience in project coordination and planning.

Responsibilities

• Check drawings and design documents using BIM modelling.
• Assist the Project Manager with coordination and planning.
• Attend meetings, capturing management information and decisions.

Job description

• Check drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built using BIM modelling , Revit / Autocad.
• To assist Project Manager on coordination work, planning and monitoring progress and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion.
• Attend regular meetings, ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analysed and recording decisions, preparation of meeting minutes on project matters.
• To ensure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress, effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the Client, Management and Project Team.
• Able to understand Engineering drawings (e.g. Plumbing Plans, Lines Diagrams & Schematics, etc.) and able to perform basic engineering calculations, design,
