Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage existing maintenance contracts and ensure all deliverables are met. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and preferably additional qualifications in Law. This role requires strong knowledge of legal principles related to contracts and compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement in work processes. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and capable of working both independently and within teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering disciplines is required.
• Additional qualifications in Law are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of legal principles related to contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance contract KPIs and ensure deliverables are met.

• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders on daily activities

• Assist in overseeing regular contract performance meet and maintain close communication with customers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering fields

• Additional qualifications in Law (e.g. Diploma in Contract Law, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of legal principles related to contracts, compliance, and risk management.

• Preferably with experience in contract management, especially involving technical or military equipment.

• Highly motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
