Job Summary

We are seeking a driven, highly organized, and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to lead the successful execution of diverse construction projects in Woodlands (North Region), ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor all project phases by developing precise schedules, allocating resources effectively, and managing tasks to meet project milestones
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and generate detailed reports to provide clear insights into progress and proactively address potential issues or delays
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and processing invoices to support robust financial control and project profitability
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, productivity, and overall execution quality
  • Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies to uphold quality and safety assurance on site
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative, high‑performance work environment and promote team development
