The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project coordination within the CCTV/security industry and excellent organisational and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with contractors and ensure project documentation is meticulously maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in LTA projects or the CCTV/security industry.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project installation programs (CIP) in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure all scopes, timelines, and deliverables are covered and signed off.
• Coordinate with civil and ceiling contractors to align installation plans with project requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for interfacing parties, including contractors, authorities, and design teams.
• Facilitate regular meetings to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Identify and resolve technical or logistical challenges that may impact project timelines.
• Maintain accurate equipment layout and routing drawings (ELARDS) and project documentation.
• Foster collaboration among installation teams, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Implement a buddy system to ensure continuity during absences.
