We are seeking motivated and passionate individual(s) to come onboard.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage, implement, and monitor assigned projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery in desired quality standards. Support the Management in coordination, progress tracking, and reporting.
  2. Supervise staffs to ensure high level workplace safety standard, quality work, and on-time handover.
  3. Oversee site administration, including workplace safety compliance and control of materials/equipment.
  4. Coordinate and supervise site operations, workers, and vendors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule. Participate in daily site meetings and communicate effectively across all levels.
  5. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/ITE/technical qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in renovation and/or construction preferred.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work and learn independently.
  • Knowledge of construction workplace safety standards will be an advantage.
