YOUR ROLE

As part of our Finance Convergence project, we are implementing new finance tools to standardize and optimize processes across the Asia-Pacific region. To ensure the success of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Project Analyst to lead the management of prerequisites for these tools in collaboration with local teams.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Managing the prerequisites for the deployment of finance tools across the Asia‑Pacific region.
  • Coordinating with local teams to define and validate user roles, workflow approvers, work methodologies, and process volumes.
  • Ensuring that all required data and configurations are prepared and ready for seamless integration in the finance tools.
  • Identifying potential bottlenecks or risks in the preparation process and proactively implementing solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between local and regional requirements.
  • Providing regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
  • Supporting the local teams with ad hoc analysis, training, and troubleshooting related to the finance tools implementation.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a structured and organized manner.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and formula creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and organize complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and reporting requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Challenge‑driven and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong time management skills and adherence to deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams across multiple countries.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of managing tasks independently while maintaining accountability.
  • Experience in finance tools implementation or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of finance tools and workflows, with experience in finance tools implementation being a plus.
