Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Administer client contracts and pricing with the project team.
  • Ensure timely action on contract obligations with the legal team.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate tenders, client contracts, and pricing accurately.
  • Perform preliminary analysis of tender packages.
  • Compile corporate presentations for stakeholders.
  • Advise on new business opportunities.
  • Attend meetings and site visits as required.

Job Title: Project Admin (ID8307)
Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000

Responsibilities
  • Administration of client contracts and contract pricing in collaboration with the project team
  • Ensuring contract obligations are acted upon in a timely manner in collaboration with the legal team
  • Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Through the project manager, acting as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders for tender queries and contract issues
  • As the contracts and tender's co‑ordinator, you will be measured on your ability to accurately coordinate timely tenders, client contracts and contract pricing
  • Preliminary analysis of tender packages and co‑coordinating contract negotiation processes
  • Compilation and formatting of corporate presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Advising all stakeholders regarding new business opportunities
  • Attendance to meetings and site visits as and when required
  • Good negotiation with Supplier, Vendor
  • Liaise with Maincontractor, Client for progress claim
  • Assist Project Manager with build quantity and tender quantity
  • Prepare the progress certification
  • Submission Catalogue, technical details, brochure to Maincontractor and Client
  • Coordinate with Vendor and Site team
  • Knowledge of electrical components and drawing is an advantage
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to project department and Managers
  • Other duties assigned by the Superior
  • Ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
