Job Description
  • Provide full administrative support to project teams across three projects.
  • Manage and control project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper filing (soft and hard copies).
  • Maintain and update project records, logs, and reports in line with company procedures.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute project correspondence, minutes, and reports.
  • Track project deliverables, schedules, and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in procurement and logistics coordination (e.g., raising purchase requests, delivery follow-ups).
  • Support project team in compliance with ISO/OSHA standards and internal quality procedures.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Preferred 2 years of relevant experience in project administration or document control (construction/engineering industry preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management/document control software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
