Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's technological processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Refine Technology Risk Culture Statement and Positive Risk Behaviour as per needed
  • Conduct regular scan to measure/understand the status of Tech Risk Culture (TRC)
  • Applying behavioural science, develop various initiatives to improve and maintain a healthy, sustainable TRC
  • Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery of the initiatives, including but not limited to:
    • Leadership development and organizational optimizations
    • Training and capability building
    • Risk and control awareness
    • Consequence management
    • Recognition and rewards
    • Communication
    • Change management
  • Track initiative/program performance and provide progress updates at the governance meetings with stakeholders
  • Manage overall programme budget, timeline and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
  • Support any adhoc strategic initiatives on people agenda, technology risk culture, if any.
  • Provide active guidance and mentorship to the team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience preferably with exposure in Banking and Finance industry and in Technology environment.
  • Strong behavioural science capability which includes ability to apply behavioural psychology, nudging techniques and habit formation frameworks to influence technology risk behaviours at scale.
  • A track record of delivering large cultural transformational programmes on time and within budget with focus on change management, people and culture transformation.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience in applying frameworks and tools for analysing problems/issues, developing strategies and action plans
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior management
  • IT savvy, proficient in MS Excel and Power point skills.
