Duration: 1 Year Contract, 5 day work week
Working Location: Near to Novena MRT Station

Programme Excellence

Strategic Development
  • Conduct training needs analysis identifying market opportunities
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness using data-driven insights
  • Lead programme enhancements aligned with organisational goals
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Business, Education, Accountancy, or related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in programme management, training coordination, or stakeholder engagement
  • Proven track record in events / programme management and relationship building
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
