  • Ensure timely data submissions to internal and national healthcare registries.
  • Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Lead or contribute to quality improvement projects.
  • Assist with departmental projects and events.

As a Programme Executive, Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Build and manage partnerships with volunteers, community groups, and organisations.

  • Plan and run engagement programmes and activities for Nursing Home and Senior Care Centre clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute events smoothly.

  • Support volunteers and partners with logistics, training, and administration.

  • Manage volunteer records, donations, reports, and outreach efforts.

  • Partner with healthcare teams (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.) to coordinate patient-centered care initiatives.

  • Provide operational and administrative support for clinical programs, including: Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials, organizing multidisciplinary meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes) and managing logistics for workshops, seminars, and support groups.

  • Track program performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate insights for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure timely data submissions to internal and national healthcare registries.

  • Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and resource allocation for assigned programs.

  • Lead or contribute to quality improvement projects and workflow optimization.

  • Assist with departmental projects, events, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

  • Flexibility to support weekend activities or program-related events as needed.
