  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and plan delivery schedules.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor daily shipment schedules for customers.
  • Follow up on production and shipment statuses.
  • Coordinate with departments like Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics for delivery plans.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on customer forecast demand.
  • Handle ECO/ECN processes and facilitate changes.
  • Address RMA queries and manage costing.
  • Prepare cost estimates and RFQs for customers.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail in pricing/quotations
