Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring strong and ongoing client relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Liaise and coordinate closely with customers and cross-functional internal teams to support project development and order fulfillment.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate project and product costing for customers.
• Manage and coordinate new project introductions from initiation through execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively and manage relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of PCBA, electronics manufacturing (including high-level/product assemblies), and/or wire harness assembly will be an added advantage.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful, independent, and demonstrates high integrity.
