Below is the job description for open position

Equipment Operations

• Set up and recover machines for mass production when there is a roadblock
• On request, set up machines for new production
• Support operators when a machine is stopped
• Deliver trainings to new operators

Standards Compliance

• Compile and analyse raw data to identify trends, patterns & propose improvements to the supervisor
• Responsible for taking actions to do minor improvements (Kazen) within the standards
• Propose suggestions of improvements (Change request)

Production Material Preparation

• Check the raw material is delivered by the Warehouse operator according to the requests from the production
• Execute tasks linked to the loading of raw material / semi‑finished goods
• Check several parameters at the end of the last production process step: total length, # good quality products, #defect products
• Prepare the finished goods to be ready to be picked‑up by the TPA operator
