Job summary

A leading food production company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee the production team and manage daily schedules. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations on the production line, assisting management, and maintaining cleanliness in the production area. This role operates on a 5.5-day week with potential overtime to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all production-related duties and perform responsibilities to the best of your knowledge and ability.
• Assist and support superiors at all times as required.
• Lead, manage, and oversee the production team and handle all job-related matters effectively.
• Lead and monitor the production line on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and manage the daily production schedule for both local and export orders.
• Ensure daily cleaning and proper housekeeping of the premises.

Job description

3. To lead, manage, and oversee the production team and handle all job-related matters effectively.
4. To lead and monitor the production line on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
5. To plan and manage the daily production schedule for both local and export orders.
6. To ensure daily cleaning and proper housekeeping of the premises, with particular attention to the production area.

7. The normal working schedule shall be 5.5 working days per week.

8. The employee may be required to work overtime as and when necessary to meet operational requirements, in accordance with company policy and applicable labor laws
