Job description

Inventory and warehouse

1. Monitors and report current inventory levels everyday, investigate and report any discrepancies in inventory records to office if actual store inventory do not tally with computerized records.
2. Inform to office to place order when inventory levels are low
3. Ensures that warehouse is clean and well organized
4. Prepare and load goods to lorry for delivery everyday
5. Receive and unload goods from suppliers (container load)
6. Do quality check for goods receive, reject those defective goods
7. Arrange and organize the goods to warehouse
8. Moves and restructures organization of goods in warehouse to make space for new inventory.
9. Assists in cleaning and organizing the store upon closing.
10. Housekeeping

Standby Driver

1. Delivering Goods (estimated 15 to 25 locations per day)
2. Familiar with Singapore road
3. Ensure goods delivered to customers are in their original good condition
4. Take care of the vehicle - weekly checking and washing
5. Efficient and accurate
6. Service and maintenence of vehicles
7. Loading and unloading of goods
8. Daily route planning

Production

1. Learn to operate the manufacturing machines
2. Clean the machines after use at end of everyday
3. Complete production orders
4. Operation and maintenance of rewinding, slitting machinery
5. Prepare production report everyday
