• Meet project implementation targets for timelines.
• Perform data entry.
• Execute any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

Primarily responsible to assist Supervisor on timely job completion and to achieve quality standards and customer expectations met and where possible, exceeded

Key Responsibilities

• Operate large format printers to produce digital media prints
• Prepare files for printing and production as per machine requirements
• Trouble‑shooting of printing and enveloping machines
• Manual slotting of letters into envelopes.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet both SLA and company standards
• Meet project implementation targets for timelines
• Performing data entry
• Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
