About the role

As a Production Operator at Santoku BASF Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing facilities in the Tuas West Region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent product quality, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

What you'll be doing
Job Specification
  • Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
  • Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
  • Provide assistance to superior in their assigned responsibilities.
  • Repair and clean the equipment when needed.
  • Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
  • Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.
  • Run quality checks on parts to ensure adherence to customer standards.
What we're looking for

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the chemical industry. Able to understand and communicate in English. Ability to focus, willing to learn and be able to work independently. Have a positive working attitude and strong work ethics.
