Job summary

• Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain product quality.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment upkeep and minimize downtime.
• Optimize production schedules with Production Planning.
• Ensure raw materials are timely available through Warehouse and Purchasing.
• Foster a positive working environment across the team.
• Monitor production performance and improve processes.
• Lead and manage a production team to meet goals.

Job Details

• Location: Boon Lay
• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
• Up to 5k + Transport Allowance + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure production targets are met.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Control to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment is well-maintained and downtime is minimized.
• Work with Production Planning to optimize production schedules and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing to ensure timely availability of raw materials and delivery of finished goods.
• Foster a positive working environment through cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor production performance and make adjustments to improve processes as necessary.
• Lead and manage a production team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in production management or related fields.
• Good knowledge of production processes, quality control, and maintenance management.
• Knowledge and experience in F&B quality matter, FSSC, ISO etc.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
