Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional with aluminium working experience to manage production processes. Responsibilities include scheduling production activities, inventory management, and liaising with suppliers. Candidates should have a background in machinery operation, leadership skills, and the ability to read technical drawings. This role requires a commitment to quality and efficiency, working six days a week from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in aluminium working sector and manufacturing.
• Able to lead team members on production and installation.
• Have experience in working machineries.
• Able to read technical and installation drawings.
• Ensure products and install quality.
• Planning of production schedules and allocate sufficient Manpower.
• Implementing continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process
• Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders
• Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order
• Ensure production schedule meet the delivery date
• Liaise with suppliers for powder coating
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues

Requirements

• Experience in aluminium working sector and manufacturing
• Able to lead team members on production and installation
• Have experience in working machineries
• Able to read technical and installation drawings
• Ensure products and install quality
• Planning of production schedules and allocate sufficient Manpower
• Implementation production processes and maximize efficiency and reduce production waste
• Implementing continuous process improvements
• Preparing material and equipment lists, PO, cost analyses and estimated cost
• Provide training staff for new production teams
• Working hours & days: 6 days work per week 8:30am to 5:30pm.
• Working location - Ubi.
