Job Title: Production Staff (Machine Operator)

Job Purpose: ProductionStaff perform a wide variety of activities in their area of responsibility. They run a number of processes and the related equipment and provide important services to the organization. Therefore, they contribute to the production process and ensure that the goods are shipped on time, in the quality specified. They are passionate about process technology, organization efficiency and will strongly support a smooth and cost-efficient flow in production.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Job Duties

• Operatespring manufacturing and stamping machines, including compression spring,torsion spring, stamping, and multi-slide machines as assigned.
• Performdaily production tasks according to production schedule, production orders, andpriority requirements.
• Performpreventive maintenance of machines and equipment in accordance with standardoperating procedures.
• Carryout basic machine setup, adjustment, and minor troubleshooting to ensure stableproduction.
• Monitorproduction output and perform in-process checks based on inspection plans andcontrol plans.
• Usemeasuring equipment such as spring tester, load tester, gauge, caliper, andmicrometre to verify product quality.
• Maintaingood housekeeping and production 5S standards at the workstation.

Other Job Duties

• Ensureall EHS policies and procedures are complied with and maintain a safe workingenvironment.
• Identify,fix, and report production, machine, or quality issues, keeping the supervisorinformed.
• Communicateproactively across departments to support smooth production operations.
• Supportcontinuous improvement, process optimization, and quality enhancementinitiatives.
• Assistin cross-functional activities or projects as required by production orengineering teams.
• Performother duties as needed to support production and departmental objectives.

Job Requirements

• Preferprior hands-on experience in mechanical spring fabrication (compression,torsion springs, etc. and stamping manufacturing or CNC machine operation.
• SPM/O-Levelwith relevant spring, stamping manufacturing, or CNC machine operationexperience.
• Experiencein precision or high-volume manufacturing is an advantage.
• Abilityto read and interpret basic drawings, specifications, and work instructions.Familiarwith measuring equipment such as gauge, caliper, micrometre, load tester orother inspection tools.
• Maintaingood attendance and punctuality.
• Demonstratea willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Exhibita positive attitude and strong team spirit.
