Job summary

A technology firm in Singapore is seeking detail-oriented individuals for a full-time role in electronics assembly. The successful candidates will be involved in assembling components for smart devices and wearables, with training provided. Responsibilities include conducting tests, following safety protocols, and achieving production targets. Applicants are preferred to have a background in electronics and soldering skills, but training is available.

About the Role

We are looking for hands‑on, detail‑oriented individuals to join our production team assembling consumer electronic products such as smart devices, wearables, and IoT gadgets. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities
  • 1) Assembly & Soldering
  • 2) Assemble electronic components (PCBA, batteries, casings, connectors, screens).
  • 3) Perform basic/intermediate soldering on wires and electronic parts (preferred).
  • 4) Follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.
Inspection & Testing
  • 1) Conduct functional tests using jigs and fixtures.
  • 2) Identify defects or abnormalities and report immediately.
Safety & Handling
  • 1) Follow ESD control procedures when handling sensitive electronics.
  • 2) Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the workstation (5S).
Productivity & Teamwork
  • 1) Meet daily production targets with consistent quality.
  • 2) Work closely with line leaders and team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • 1) Minimum secondary school education; technical background is an advantage.
  • 2) Experience in electronics assembly is preferred (not mandatory).
  • 3) Soldering skill is a strong advantage (training available).
  • 4) Good hand–eye coordination; able to handle small parts.
  • 5) Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long hours.
  • 6) Able to follow basic English instructions.
