Key Responsibilities
  • Manage SPI & NPI Build Plan Cycle
  • Responsible for Product Transition process
  • Minimize P&L impact
  • Responsible for NPI responsiveness
  • Manage LTB (Last Time Buy) process to insure operational responsiveness to future demands with minimum P&L impact
  • Responsible for SSG & WWOPs knowledge sharing, BKM engagement
  • Own internal & external audits preparation
  • Responsible for corporate<>BU dBs administration
  • Own multi-products high level planning
  • Manage high level program in terms of new processes and initiatives
  • Inventory Management – Analyzes usage data and stock levels to support business demands
  • Develop Inventory AOP
  • Lead inventory reduction activities
  • Set up new inventory management systems and modify existing systems
  • Be key member in company-wide, multi level, collaborative decision making processes, reaching to the top levels in the business
  • Participate over cross functions, complex projects that will drive for efficient processes
