  • Assist in daily/weekly production scheduling.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse.
  • Prepare manpower attendance and downtime reports.

Job description
  • Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus.

  • Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm.

  • 30 Kranji Loop

  • Professional office support within a fast-paced production setting.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized Production Admin Assistant to provide critical coordination support to our production department. You will bridge the gap between production, warehouse, and QC teams by managing documentation, inventory tracking, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation & Systems: Prepare job orders, work orders, and production reports. Accurately enter data into MRP/ERP systems.

  • Excel Mastery: Utilize advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP) to manage production summaries and inventory data.

  • Scheduling Coordination: Assist in daily/weekly production scheduling and follow up on progress with supervisors and QC teams.

  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor raw material and finished goods stock levels; coordinate with the warehouse for material replenishment.

  • Administrative Support: Prepare manpower attendance, downtime reports, and provide support during safety reviews or audits.

Requirements
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP & HLOOKUP).

  • Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Business, Admin, Manufacturing, or related fields.

  • Prior experience in production admin or a fast-paced manufacturing environment is an advantage.

  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
