Job description

1. Enrich the product line and enhance product competitiveness.
2. Provide product knowledge training and technical support to the sales team to improve their sales performance and customer service capabilities.
3. Participate in the preparation and presentation of technical proposals during the tender process to effectively highlight product advantages.
4. Address technical inquiries from clients and internal teams by offering professional solutions and on-site demonstration support.
5. Follow up on product feedback during usage, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues, and continuously optimize product and service processes.
6. Global cooperation with related companies in Shanghai, Canada, etc.
7. Other Ad-hoc tasks.
