• Position: Product Sourcing/Procurement & Development Manager (Corporate Gifts Industry)
• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Increment Yearly up to 21 Days)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional product development and sourcing for corporate gifting, from ideation to launch.
• Own and optimise the product range to ensure competitiveness in pricing, quality, sustainability, and lead times.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and other sourcing markets.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelines while monitoring production and mitigating supply risks.
• Own the Promotional & Premium Catalogue and ensure accurate product, pricing, and system data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics to support client needs and smooth order execution.
• Oversee quality control, product documentation, and support stock planning and lifecycle decisions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Product Management, or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in product sourcing, merchandising, or product development.
• Strong experience working with China-based suppliers and factories.
• Excellent negotiation, costing, and supplier management skills.
• Commercially driven with strong product and aesthetic sense.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, regional environment.
• Willing to travel regionally and to sourcing markets as required.
