Job summary

Job Description

This role combines product management with data strategy to drive the modernization of finance reporting platforms, data infrastructure and processes. In this role, you will help on finance data models, enable regulatory and business reporting, and collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, and Technology teams.

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle of finance data and platforms (reporting & tools), from ideation, design, technical development, testing, and roll-out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
• Gather user requirements and translate them into product specifications for data, reports, and system portal functionalities.
• Design and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models to deliver accurate and auditable datasets.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure data models and platform functionalities meet business requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and oversee delivery processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Manage stakeholders effectively : align priorities, manage timelines, and deliver results.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk.
• Proactively track project progress status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Data, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, finance systems, or data analysis & transformation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Possess basic technical knowledge of SQL and familiarity with banking products.
• Hands‑on experience collaborating with both business and technical teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of finance platforms, such as MAS regulatory reporting solutions and designs, is a plus.
