Summary
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to help shape and deliver high-impact product experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end product requirements that support key business objectives including growth and strategic finance-centric features.
- Assist in gathering and prioritizing product requirements from stakeholders and users.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product roadmaps and feature specifications
- Conduct in-depth market research to guide product positioning, identify unmet customer needs and emerging market trends, and come up with business proposals to address findings
- Research and analyse potential partner relationships for the product and generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Support in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining the product backlog
- Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role
- Must have strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms is a bonus
