Job Description: Business Development / Product Development Executive (Mid-Junior Level)
Precision Engineering –Machined Parts**

We are looking for a mid-junior Business Development / Product Development Executive to help grow our precision engineering business. This role supports both customer engagement and the development of machined components, with a strong focus on generating new opportunities and promoting our machining capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within industries such as automation, semiconductor, robotics, aerospace, and medical devices.
  • Introduce and promote our precision machining services (CNC milling, turning, fabrication, custom components).
  • Assist customers by understanding their technical requirements and coordinating with engineering to propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, track leads, and support the sales cycle to secure orders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure proper execution of customer projects.
  • Support product development activities, including gathering customer feedback and helping translate it into improved parts or new offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and service support.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, product support, or a related role (preferably in precision engineering, machining, or manufacturing).
  • Basic understanding of machining processes or mechanical components (training provided if needed).
  • Ability to read or learn to interpret technical drawings.
  • Good communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow in a technical environment.
