Job description
    You are a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Purchase Executive responsible for managing the flow of goods from procurement to product labeling and returns. Your role includes handling parcels, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with directors on rate cards, labeling products, and managing customer returns efficiently in the inventory software.In terms of parcel management, you will receive and verify all incoming parcels and deliveries while ensuring product accuracy, quantity, and condition upon arrival. Your responsibility also includes accurately entering all purchased items into the company's inventory software, maintaining error-free stock records, consulting with Directors to finalize rates for each product, creating and updating rate details, printing and attaching product labels with accurate pricing and item information, and ensuring each item is properly labeled before dispatch or display. Additionally, you will handle and record all returned products from customers, ensuring returned stock is updated in the system accurately and promptly.To excel in this role, you must have strong attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in using inventory or ERP software, good communication skills for effective coordination with directors and team members, basic computer skills including MS Excel and printing software, and the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund.
