Job summary

A leading steel trading company in Singapore seeks a candidate to manage procurement and develop sourcing strategies for Iron Ore. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with mining companies, negotiating contracts, and working closely with sales and logistics teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least 3 years of relevant experience in trade operations, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in business operations in trade.
• Experience in import and export of commodities.
• Familiarity with procurement, sales, and logistics of Iron Ore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing mining companies and suppliers.
• Procurement of imported Iron Ore and related commodities.
• Collect and analyze Iron Ore market information.
• Develop key Iron Ore sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with clients.
• Liaise with sales and freight teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
