Job summary

A leading energy company in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Specialist responsible for managing contracts and procuring indirect goods and services. Ideal candidates are expected to have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or related industries. Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and ERP systems is required. This role is based in Singapore and demands excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in Procurement in related industries.
• Ability to manage contracts and vendor qualifications.
• Understanding of procurement operational procedures and contract laws.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement of indirect goods and services.
• Manage contracts including purchasing agreements.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments from management.

Skills

Procurement experience

Knowledgeable in MS Office

Knowledgeable in Navision/ERP System

Knowledgeable in ISO Procedure

Interpersonal skills

Education

GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels / NTC / ITC / Diploma
