Job Summary

The Procurement Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end procurement process for infrastructure and facilities maintenance projects. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods and services that support the organisation’s infrastructure and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement activities related to infrastructure and facilities maintenance, including materials, equipment, and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
  • Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs), evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts and terms with vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as facilities management, engineering, and project teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contract terms, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support cost‑saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to avoid disruption to maintenance operations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new products relevant to infrastructure and facilities maintenance.

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably within infrastructure, construction, or facilities maintenance sectors.
