Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead procurement activities for supplies and services from vendors.
• Lead the competitive sourcing process, initiate requests for information/Quotation/Proposal, negotiate commercial terms.
• Execute all contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure that they are dealt with effectively.
• Monitor and analysis trends in spending and inventory control and make recommendations to identify areas for saving.
• Other adhoc matters assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of relevant experience.
• Has experience in managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Good leadership and people management.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Google Drive).
• A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
