  • Lead the review and enhancement of procurement processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive procurement administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and generate monthly reports, including inventory summaries and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
  • Manage and verify invoice receipt for assigned outlets.
  • Review and validate purchase orders for completeness and accuracy prior to approval.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to identify sourcing and cost-saving opportunities.

1 Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support our procurement operations and drive continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the review and enhancement of procurement processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency.

  • Provide comprehensive procurement administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Prepare and generate monthly reports, including inventory summaries and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

  • Manage and verify invoice receipt for assigned outlets.

  • Review and validate purchase orders for completeness and accuracy prior to approval.

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.

  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling, assigning, and expediting administrative tasks and projects.

  • Communicate politely and professionally via phone, email, and written correspondence.

  • Support the procurement team through strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Maintain supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders accordingly.

  • Proactively engage stakeholders to identify sourcing and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Contribute to team results by performing additional related duties as required.
