• Company location: Spring Leaf
• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Job Scope

• Manage daily purchasing tasks including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries shipments
• Maintain supplier records and assist with invoice checking and filing
• Prepare reports and perform profit analysis using Excel and Word
• Assist in cost negotiation and building strong supplier relationships
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• 1 year relevant experience in purchasing or admin role preferred
